Our Story

TurkCoach was founded in 2010 by Dr. Ahmet Kaya, a former corporate executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in multinational companies. After witnessing the transformative power of professional coaching in his own career, Dr. Kaya recognized a significant gap in the Turkish business landscape – the absence of high-quality, culturally attuned business coaching services.

Starting with a small team of three coaches operating from a modest office in Istanbul, TurkCoach initially focused on executive coaching for C-suite leaders in Turkey's growing technology sector. Our commitment to measurable results and evidence-based methodologies quickly earned us a reputation for excellence.

In 2013, we expanded to Gaziantep to better serve manufacturing and export-oriented businesses in Turkey's industrial heartland. This strategic move allowed us to develop specialized coaching programs for family businesses and traditional industries undergoing modernization.

Today, TurkCoach has grown to become one of Turkey's premier business coaching firms, with 15 certified coaches serving clients throughout Turkey, the Middle East, and Europe. Through economic fluctuations, political changes, and global challenges, our commitment to elevating Turkish business leadership has remained unwavering.
